The situation
DeNova started with no AI policy, high data sensitivity around proprietary fermentation research, and a team that was split between "curious" and "concerned." One quarter of the team had never used AI at work at all. Leadership wanted to put guardrails in place and give people the skills to use AI responsibly before anyone did something they would regret.
What we did together
Your DeNova Accelerator ran over five months and covered strategy, an AI policy, data classification, four hands-on sprints, and ongoing coaching. The sprints produced four working tools: an HR and operations knowledge assistant (Ask Demeter), an SOP drafting agent, a market intelligence agent, and a fermentation run data analyst. Ask Demeter is deploying company-wide.
